PIKTOGRAM ピクトグラム
On a very different note, we publish works of vispo (visual poetry), such as typewriter art, concrete poetry, and works that make use of Letraset, rubber stamps, found objects etc. We are especially interested in Japanese vispo, recognizing the near-infinite possibilities of the Japanese writing system with its thousands of ideograms and phonetic symbols. Our vispo publishing medium is PIKTOGRAM, an occasional magazine, online and in print, with each issue featuring a single artist. Original works published in PIKTOGRAM will be available for sale on our website.
まったく異なる分野として、タイプライター・アートやコンクリート・ポエトリー、レトラセットやファウンドオブジェ、ゴム印などを用いた作品といった「ヴィスポ（ヴィジュアル・ポエトリー）」を出版すること。特に日本語のヴィスポに強い関心を持っており、数千におよぶ表意文字と音素文字を備えた日本語の文字体系が持つほぼ無限の可能性を認識しています。ヴィスポ出版の媒体として「PIKTOGRAM（ピクトグラム）」という不定期刊行の雑誌（オンラインおよび紙媒体）を発行しており、各号ではひとりのアーティストを特集します。PIKTOGRAMに掲載されたオリジナル作品は、当社ウェブサイトで販売されます。
